I am supposed to write blogs to help with my Search Engine Optimization. Sometimes I get so busy I forget. I have a lot going on right now, but somehow I actually took the time and just did a blog this week.
That got me thinking about my next blog (this blog I am creating now). I knew what I wanted to write about, so I thought I should get going with it and type it out before I forget. LOL. So now I actually have 2 blogs within 2 weeks 😊
I was thinking about what to do for my next blog and just thought how grateful I am that I have this business. The goal obviously is to create beautiful photos for the parents who come to see me. Photos that will be treasures not only for the parents, but also for their children when they get older. What I didn’t expect, was that in return I would be rewarded.
I get to love on your babies.
I get to soothe babies when they are crying.
I get to rock your babies and sing to them.
I get to watch your babies grow as my clients become family and return to me for milestone photo sessions with their beautiful children who make me smile and laugh.
I get to create, and in creating I get to watch these children have fun with the props I use for my vision. The interaction with your kiddos is beyond priceless and always makes my day.
I get to talk to other people doing the same thing in this business with the education classes I take and my active participation in newborn photography groups with fellow newborn photographers who share pictures and ideas. As a result of that, I get to see even more pictures of beautiful smiling, sleeping, you name it babies that really give me a sense of and a reminder of what is good in this world.

I knew when I started this that I wanted to be a newborn photographer, but I never realized how much this business would grow to include children coming back to me for 6 month, one year, two year pictures, or even siblings coming back with their newborn baby sister or brother. Such a blessing!
